I was completely surprised that this hotel was located in the most bustling area of ​​Osaka, within walking distance of everything, with extremely convenient transportation, and yet the hotel itself was so quiet. The room facilities were excellent.

kind and helpful staff and located in a good central part of osaka. a few complaints i would have are the pillows are not very comfortable and the lighting in the room and washroom and not suitable for doing make up as it is very dark and shadowy. other than that it was a good stay and it was nice to have a laundry machine

Overall great. Really nice location. Very helpful to have washing machine/dryer in the room. However the room had poor lighting (very dark even with all lights on), and only a small mirror above the sink (nothing that is bigger for getting ready).

The room is nice and stylish. The beds are comfy. But the staff in general is not very talkative and not similing. The restaurant at night was very average, we had 2 of our meal 15 minutes after receiving the first 2. The hotel is cold in general and the bar at the entrance is always closed.
