駐車場は高さが低い車しか無理なので、事前に高さを調べた方が良いですね。駐車場が利用できなかった場合、近辺のコインパーキングは凄く高額なので、車で来られる方は注意が必要だと思います。 あと、お部屋は清掃が行き届いておらず、部屋にどなたかの爪が落ちていましたし、お風呂場はピンクのカビがあります。 ホテルでピンクのカビが生えているところは初めてでした。 主人曰く、モーニングバイキングのお味噌汁は冷めているのが嫌だった……との事です。

古き良きホテルです。内装・設備はリニューアルしていて綺麗です。2022年12月で閉めてしまうようです。 朝食会場（地下１階）で残念な気持ちになりました。 席が混んでいて、最初壁際の席を案内されました。 窓が正面ならまだしも、壁が正面でなかなか圧迫感があり、ゆっくり朝ごはんをいただくには、気が進みません。しかし他の席が空いていなかったので、仕方ないと思いビュッフェのお料理を取りに行きました。席に戻ったところ、他の席がいくつか空いていたので、移動したい旨、従業員の方にお願いしました。すぐお許しいただけるかと思ったら、「少し待ってください」と言われ、マネージャーのような方に許可を取りに行きました。マネージャーの方は嫌々な感じで「どうぞ」と言われました。結果はともかく、そんなに問題なことのでしょうか？？ 30秒程度だったかもしれませんが、料理を持ったまま真ん中に立たされ、とても長く感じました。 朝食は丁寧に作られていて、とても美味しかったです。 他のホテルのレストラン従業員の方、フロントで説明してくださった方はとても親切で、説明も丁寧でした。 他に不満な点が無かったので、１点だけ残念でした。

ショコラティエGOKAN、料亭吉兆、レトロ建築芝川ビル、、、正面という、淀屋橋屈指の立地。建物は新しくはないけど、とても清潔。一階道路に面した宿泊者ラウンジではコーヒー飲み放題、パソコン・プリンタも使える、と、これ以上の環境はありません。年内で営業終了とはもったいない。
