Excellent service from the staff. Loving the hotel provided a service where you transfer your luggage to your next destination, with a small fee. The metro was close, easy to get around.Definitely will stay here again if we ever come back to Osaka.

Great place central to many must places to visit in Osaka. Love it that they had water station every floor to refill your water. Only wish is that they had a fitness center. Great staff too. I’d stay again.

Room was very spacious for the price (and for japan standards) and well laid out. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and clean as well. The bathroom was spacious with a spotless bath and great amenities. We also really appreciated the scents of the main lobby and the magnets to note whether we wanted a full room clean or just new towels.

Amazing service. Staff were so kind and courteous. Easy to do luggage transfer and free coffee/tea/soft drinks in the lobby all day. Room was very comfortable and was nice and open with the large windows and balcony.
