OK for the price but wouldn't stay again.

The room was tidy but really there was not a lot to tidy. A bed pushed against a wall, a very small table, 2 chairs, a tv only in Japanese. The bathroom was good and it had a separate toilet. The air con was efficient. A small balcony did not look over much and 23 floor up afforded some vertigo. Best thing about the hotel was the free coffee, orange juice and soft drinks available 7 till 22.00. A bit out of town but near a subway station.

Beautiful and clean hotel. It’s relatively new, nicely decorated and location was convenient. There was a water station on every floor with a jug in the room which was a thoughtful touch. Free coffee and drinks in the lobby was nice. The only thing that could be better was the weak water pressure in the room.

Very large washroom. But room lacks a proper working desk. That said the reception area includes lots of tables and free coffee and green tea. Lots of laundry machines. You wouldn't think you need them until you do.

I was sad to have to leave this hotel, the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my life! The staff are so welcoming and accommodating, the service is top tier! The cleanest, coziest room ever which was needed after long days of exploring. This hotel is a must in Osaka, I would only stay here in the future!
