Had very nice sleeps in this Hotel. Room was spacious given that it’s Japan. What we liked in other Hotels in Japan that they offered the cosmetics to be picked up as per demand. Perhaps this is something to consider here too.

Everything was great with the hotel. Amazing staff ,best location in Osaka close to everything , a lot of choices for restaurants at just 2 to 5 minutes walking,most popular locations to visit are close to this hotel , and pick up point for tours. The staff was very helpful , my room was clean everyday very quiet and peaceful, my bed was amazing and pillows, the complimentary drinks are the best thing ever, laundry on the property super easy and convenient, so far this been the best hotel I have ever stay .

The property is in a great location and is close to lots of subway lines and 7/11. The room was a reasonable size and the air conditioner was incredible. Free soda in the lobby too!!!

The room was big. I enjoyed having the space and not feeling cramped. The lobby staff were excellent and the free soft drinks of an evening were something I only tried out once but I should have used them before. It was a good way to cool down from rushing around the streets of Osaka. The air con was good too and the other facilities such as bathroom etc were also great. There wasn’t much to see on the tv but you can use apps to watch other things like prime, Netflix etc. I tried also to cast from my Apple MacBook but it wasn’t playing the game. The area it’s in is very close to sakaisuji-hommachi station and for people like me a McDonald’s just 30 second walk away. The nearby sakaishinbashi was cool too and a twenty minute walk saw you into dotonburi or my favourite Yriangle Park in America town. Would deffo stop here again.

It's a great, modern hotel to stay at. Rooms are well designed and feature a balcony. There are free drinks in the lobby. The hotel also has a laundry room.

Great property! The room was very nice and spacious! Super clean. It’s in a very walkable location with a train station about 3 blocks one way and the Dontonbori area about 15 minutes walk in the other direction. We loved this hotel.

This is a nice hotel, close to transport and various essential shops such as Supermarket, restaurants etc. The rooms are typical Japanese, i.e. small. We are travelling with two suitcases and there is no place to put a second suitcase. Our room had a balcony but there is no chairs to sit on. At the same level as reception they have tea/coffee and soft drinks, with seating, which was excellent as the rooms are too small to stay in on a rainy day. The breakfast is typical Japanese with very limited Western items.

The bathroom smelt so bad. We moved rooms but it still smelt terrible. We was offered to move again but to a cheaper room. The staff confirmed that they have received complaints about the smell but despite this all we received was a “sorry”. Decent location just a short walk away from the hustle of all the main shopping streets.
