Fantastic. We stayed there as a family of six people ranging from 16-80 years old. Four bedrooms each with washroom was a perfect size. It was newly renovated and very clean. Before arriving, they provided easy and simple info about the location, what was near by and in the area. Upon arrival, the management left snacks and cold drinks in the fridge that were very appreciated. The neighbourhood was very safe and friendly too. We loved our time staying here:

Property was clean, comfortable and close to public transport. It was as advertised except for location. Initially I was a bit concerned about the location since there were many homeless persons close by all day and night. After my initial concerns, I felt safe enough to walk home at night alone.

Wonderful stay

Our host was wonderful and very detailed in every step. The house was very clean, had everything including chargers for our phones which was very appreciated. All amenities you can think of was there. The only thing I would say is the area surrounding this beautiful home it’s not the best. The house is very close to subway stops. I highly recommend this home for large group. Thank you for opening your beautiful home to us.

Another Family trip in the books

Stayed at this property with five adults and four kids between the ages of 4-9. The kids loved the space as they enjoyed climbing upstairs with the ladder and sleeping in the upper space. Would recommend smaller children to be supervised as it is a bit high. Property was very clean and the host gave ample towels, toiletries and even had a bag of rice snacks and bottled water for each guest. Host, Aska, was extremely helpful as we weren’t sure how to do the luggage transfers. She was also very prompt in replying and we did not have any problems communicating with her. As noted in the some previous reviews, the area was a little seedy but we all felt very safe and it was super convenient to the train stations and anywhere we wanted to go. Would recommend for big groups and would stay again.

Great Place to Stay!

We were very pleased with our stay here! The property was clean, the beds were comfortable and housed the three of us very nicely for our 4-day trip to Osaka. The host was very polite and responsive to all of my messages and was also extremely accommodating even going above and beyond with one of our requests to which we were very grateful. The location was convenient and only a short walk to and from the train station. Check in and check out was very straight forward and simple. The surrounding area is a little seedy which is the only con I can think of, but we always felt safe and welcome. Overall, we were very happy and would absolutely stay here again and would recommend to others.

Beautiful house, clean, and convenient

This house was beautiful and had many wonderful rooms with lofts. The living room is kneeling only, however upstairs rooms have chairs and tables alongside tea pots for conversing. Host was wonderfully communicative and helpful.
