Rooms are OK. Clean, new and tidy. Staff are friendly. But the space around the reception counter is very limited. Also, the smell in the reception was not that good - guess the smell of the cleaning agent on the floor.

Would return and recommend to friends due to the luxury and spacious toilet which is divided into 3 parts, toilet bowl, bath, and sink areas. Dehumidification system is strong in the bath area. However, housekeeping service is very unprofessional. We chose "changing towels and garbage bags only" during our 7-night stay. Some days, tissue were used up but no refill; one day a used cleaning cloth (used by staff) was left in our sink obviously; one day used towels were not collected and new ones were put near the door. There is no drawers in the room but 4 hangers. Overall, with the price of under 9000 yen per night for a 3-bed room, the value was very great!

No hay servicio de limpieza a menos que uno pague extra. Luego, en la entrada, habia una mancha en el piso frente al cuarto y nunca fue limpiada. Servicio del personal del lobby fue excelente y el cuarto fue comodo.
