Great hotel, great location to USJ.

Great hotel close to USJ. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Super close to shops, restaurants and metro station. Would recommend this hotel definitely stay here again if we found ourselves visiting USJ again!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a wonderful stay at Oriental Hotel. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and comfortable, which made the experience truly relaxing. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options. I also really enjoyed the lounge access, which was a fantastic bonus — comfortable seating, great ambiance, and a perfect place to unwind. Overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. Highly recommended, and I look forward to staying here again!

混んでいる時期に宿泊するのはあまりお勧めしないかも…

お盆時期に宿泊したこともあり、到着時に駐車場が満車で空くまで１時間程待ちました。 駐車可能台数が他のホテルに比べてかなり少ないことを知らず盲点でした。 チェックイン時ですが顧客数に対してフロントの従業員の人数が圧倒的に足りず、かなりの行列となっていました。 お盆で満室の顧客数に対してフロントの従業員が圧倒的に足りない！！ 従業員３人だけというのはいただけなかったです。 混む時間帯だけでも、あと２人ぐらい従業員を配置することはできなかったのでしょうか。 また、チェックイン時にホテル独自のシステムにタブレットを使って手続きするのは、一人あたりに対してかなりの時間を要していたように感じます。 私は前から５，６番目に並んでいましたがチェックインに30分以上かかりました。 一方良い点は、14時よりラウンジを無料で利用でき、ドリンクやクッキー、パンケーキなど自由に食べながらチェックイン時間まで待てたのはとてもありがたかったです。 朝食時もスタッフの方がとても親切で居心地が良かったです。 が、ドリンクが切れてボタンを押しても出ない、コーヒーカップが切れていた為こちらから催促して初めて欠品に気づかれたり等、あまり目が行き届いていない点も見受けられました。 今回は一番混んでる時期に宿泊した為、手が回っていないのかなと思いましたので、次回はもっとすいている時期に泊まってみたいなと思います。

Thus is our second time staying at thus property and we highly recommend it. It's located on the citywalk which made it extremely convenient to get to Universal Japan (3-5 minute walk). There are tons of shopping and dining options, as well as a restaurant located at the property. The staff was friendly and helpful. They offer luggage storage too. The rooms are clean and have enough room for families. They offer amenities such as toiletries which is helpful when you gave forgotten something. The hotel us located by a metro station. Its only a 5 minute ealk. It was nice to have the accessibility of being able to have the access of the metro so close. We were able to jump on to explore Osaka (Dotonbori, Umeda, and Shinsekai areas, etc.). We will stay at this property again. We have enjoyed our stays!

Room was very spacious for a family of 3. It was clean. The downside was there was no washer and dryer to wash our clothes and food was just limited to whatever was in City walk. I would highly recommend this hotel to others and it’s very close to USJ. I hope to stay here again.

最悪の体験でした。

7月20日に1泊Anniversaryコースを予約しました。 20日22時頃にチェックインしました。 その時対応して頂いた中田さんはとても対応がよくとても満足しました。 ですが21日9時頃USJに行くためチケットを購入しようとした時に対応された方がとても不愉快でした。その方の名札が見えにくかったのですが、女性の方です。 忙しかったのか目を見やず画面だけ見ての対応でチケットの枚数の間違い、チケットの値段をこちらが言わないと言わないのに支払い方法だけ聞く等7万以上ホテルに使っているのにも関わらずそのような対応でとても驚きました。 最初の方にも言った通り中田さんはとても良い対応でした。 それ以外の方はそれほどでは無いので気をつけてください。 私はこれからはこのホテルを使用しません。

Great location within walking distance to train station and Universal Studios. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Pillows were a little hard. Room service did a great job each day keeping up the room with fresh towels! Robe like pajamas were put on the bed each night.
