The best place we stayed at during our trip to Japan. I can’t emphasize enough how convenient, clean, spacious (huge plus), and elegant this place was. For the price we paid, there is no question about it that this hotel went above and beyond. Very hight recommend. Another major plus is it is right beside a huge shopping district, subway is 2-3 mins walk away, 15 mins walk to Shinsaibashi and 20 mins walk to dotonbori area. It couldn’t be more convenient than that.

Great hotel, room size was great, it seemed cleaned except under the bed!! Location was good. It’s about a 20 min walk to the dotonbori bridge/walk area. There were a couple other hotels a little closer and looked nice, but I would stay here at the Excel again.

Great location. Comfy bed. My only complaint is that the gym only had cardio machines, no weights. Breakfast was fantastic. Staff were helpful and welcoming. Overall, would stay again.

Rooms were nice and spacious. Hotel was really modern and clean. Common areas were well kept. Staff was very helpful. The only con is that the rooms are not soundproof at all, you can hear people in the hall as well as the people above you. Overall would stay here again, the hotel was next to a train station and was in walking distance to many of Osama's hotspots.
