The entrance was a bit unconventional; hotel in an office building. shower in room with bath. ie not over bath. Safer if disabled.

Beautiful hotel with large size rooms. Unfortunately there are some noisy bikes on Midosuji Road at night and can hear the noise from the room, making sleeping a bit tricky. Otherwise walking distance to Shinsaibashi and friendly and helpful staff too. Great breakfast selection.
