Osaka - Ocean Shinsaibashi stay

This hotel is located in a quiet area of Osaka but still only a short walk to Dotonbori. It is nicely situated between Osaka Castle and Namba making everything readily accessible. Perfect for any trip to Osaka.

We didn’t expect to arrive at the property after a long trip and didn’t get to meet anyone. Everything has to be done electronically. The property manager sent us a link to complete the pre-check in process but the link didn’t work. We tried to request them to send it a different way but they never responded. I’m glad that Expedia representative be able to help us get the information to get in the building. Nobody’s in the lobby to greet us and we had to complete the check in process with the IPad. We would never come back to this place again.

房間清淨,餐具齊全,樓下有便利店,步行大約15分鐘到心齋橋. 有點要改善的是大堂的玻璃大門比較耐才關上,如有陌生人隨後而上,就很危險了. 還有,房間內梳化靠牆與床邊,坐不下人,浪費了！

Excellent and value for money.

Some Pre-check in DIY jobs to do but it is understandable and easy to manage. 2 twin beds is spacious for max 3 Adults (parters + one adult) or parents travel with 2 children. Walking distance to shopping areas and subway stations

What you need for a trip are all ready, it's like staying at your home. 5 minute walk to a 24hr store. 5 minutes to a subway station. Quite clean and quite quiet. It's good.

위치 불편 무인서비스 민박형시설 불편

새로 오픈한 숙소이고 쾌적하다는 리뷰보고 예약 했어요. 가족 3명이 방문해서 트리플룸 이용 했어요. 공간은 다른 일본숙소보다 여유가 있었어요. 시설도 노후되지 않았고 아파트형이어서 세탁도 가능해서 좋았어요. 하지만 무인텔 알고 갔지만 응대가 원할하지 않아요. QR을 통한 리셉션은 여러시설을 공통으로 관리해주는 업체인지 제가 연락 했을 때 숙소 이름을 물어봐요. 수건 추가 요청 했을 때 민박형숙소여서 세탁해서 사용해야 한다는 이야기와함께 추가시 요금 안내를 받아요. 침구에 전 투숙객의 흔적으로 보이는 피가 이불과 시트에 있어서 교체 요청을 했는데 처음부터 있었는지 물어봐요. 열 받았어요. 저 호텔스닷컴 이용하면서 여기 후기 잘 안 남기는데 다른분이 평을 좋게 해 주신 덕분에 저도 예약 했거든요. 도톤부리 글리코상에서 도보 15분 거리에요.쉽지 않은 거리이고 주변에 시설이 없어요. 가족여행 이시라면 도톤부리 근처 큰길 호텔 추천드려요. 숙소에서 쉬면서 들락날락 하기에는 어려워요. 시설 깨끗했고 신축이고 주변 조용한 곳이기는 했지만 침구관리와 무인 응대 서비스에 부족함이 너무 아쉬워요. 제 개인적인 소견이라는 점 참고해 주세요.

위치도 좋고 깨끗해서 좋았습니다. 방도 다른 호텔보다는 넓어서 만족했습니다. 다만 연박을 하더라도 타월교체가 되지않고 비용이 추가되는 점은 미리 안내되면 더 좋을것 같습니다. 가족들과 좋은 여행하고 왔습니다.

5인 가족이 3박4일동안 만족했습니다 방2개, 침대 3개 깔끔하고 컨디션 좋고 주변 조용하고 가격대비 대만족 입니다. 가족여행으로 오시는분들께 추천드리고 중심지까지는 걸어서 10분 아이가 있는 가족은 우버앱으로 택시타는걸 추천드려요.일본택시는 5인가족 왠만하면 태워주더군요
