Location next to a train station was very convenient! Hotel was nice, staff very friendly. the breakfast is amazing, and I love that they have their lobby area open till 11pm with refreshments and a space to hang out at do work or play board games.

The breakfast menu was great, lots of variety. There is even washing/drying machine to use on two floors. Staff kept giving us fresh towels even if they weren't able to clean our rooms. Great distance to train station and shopping streets.

The room was nice, and the property is close to transportation. The only problem was that the dryer did not dry the clothes; it just made them hot. I think it was a temporary dryer malfunction.

Everything was great. The only thing to be aware is that the thermostat's settings is resetting the temperature you set for your room, after 30 minutes to the default 21 Celsius. But if you go deep into the settings you can change the default temperature the thermostat reset to after 30 minutes, to your chosen temperature. Before I left, I set it back to 21 degrees Celsius.

Stay was great at Osaka View Hotel Honmachi. Staff were very welcoming and the area was quiet and peaceful while also being relatively close to some main spots like Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi. Room was beautiful and clean and had every amenity you could want.
