Very clean and good amount of space in the rooms. Hotel also had a handout on how to get to the airport which was helpful. Since it's near a busy street, you could hear sirens from ambulances at night, but not too bad. Would definitely stay here again as it's clean and in a great location! Has a 7-11 next door and a 24 hour supermarket across the street.

I upgraded to a premier floor. The room was tiny, which was fine, but there was no closet and literally nowhere to put our luggage, so we tripped over it the entire time. The bathroom smelled VERY badly of mildew. It looked like the tub had not been sealed at all. The room in general looked clean, but the smell and the extremely small size (with nowhere for luggage) were disappointing because I had upgraded.

The only fault we found was that there was no walk-in cabin shower. It seems that a lot of the hotels in Japan just have shower heads over baths.

We had a great stay and really appreciated the staff for their kindness in helping us to call a cab and arrange luggage forwarding. It's also just around the corner from a station, a great shopping arcade, and lots of restaurants. The room was fairly large by Japan standards with atub for soaking in after a long day of walking. Finally, the area was quiet and felt really safe!

Clean, quiet room, but a little tight on space. Metro station next door and the best equipped supermarket I have found in Japan is opposite.
