Excellent hotel with practical and beautifully minimalist design. Between Namba and Omeda stations, convenient for exploring the shopping neighborhoods. Immediately after checking in, we partook in a takoyaki making class in the restaurant, other days they had a discreet class or gave out free red bean soup there. The public bath downstairs was excellent and every day felt like a spa day with us putting on our provided spa clothes and heading downstairs for a hot soak.

Hotel has nice lobby. Rooms are nice but bathrooms are poor. They are like a plastic shell. If it’s your first time in Osaka, I would consider staying in Namba. This hotel is pretty far walk to busy parts (abt 30 min), though fairly close to train stations. Neighborhood is very quiet. Onsen is nice and they also have short free classes for guests which is a nice addition. Didn’t eat at restaurant, but it only serves breakfast.

Staff and cleaning was very good. Close to metro station. These are small issues, but we found the room design not great, not good lightning, bathroom walls and doors are plastic and noisy between rooms and corridor. Guests in this hotel mostly foreign and so can be quite noisy also.

Near Kitahama and Yodoyabashi station. Very clean and have takoyaki and calligraphy (free) session. Public bath was so good! And they basically have a place to work. They also have hair iron, hair dryer. You just need to bring yourself!!

Pros- Check in/out = easy Hospitality = great Bath tub was big and had great water pressure Amenity goodies were a good selection. I didn’t rent the hair tools, but saw that it was available to. Public bath was super nice to have after a long day even if it isn’t hot springs. Shampoo and conditioner were better there than in the rooms. Front desk made luggage forwarding so easy. Breakfast was a good selection and clutch. Room is very clean and no smell or stains. Cons- Nowhere to put my folded clothes. Luckily I use packing cubes, so I just put them on the table. Very little bathroom countertop. Recommend bringing a toiletry bag that hangs. My towel hook was not secure, so it dropped everytime I took my towel off the hook.
