Overall this was the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Japan! The room is clean and staff was amazing - always cheerful and greet you at the lobby. Awesome having a laundry machine on a few different floors and the indoor onsen was perfect after a long day of walking. The bathroom is quite small but I would say it is quite common in Japan

Exterior of hotel and lobby have a lovely design. Room was well designed for the size. The first room we were offered was on a low floor: we asked for a higher floor and the front desk clerk immediately found one. Found the location to be very central to all the highlights of Osaka. Would stay again. Spa was a real treat in an urban hotel.

Cleaning service was terrible. Because bathroom in my room smelled so stinky we asked room service, but the bathroom smelled even worse after the service. The staffs were so nice, and the hotel was great overall
