The staff at this hotel were extremely kind and accommodating. We arrived a bit early and we were able to drop off our luggage before going to Dotonbori, which is about a ten minute walk from the property. When arriving we were pleased to hear that our luggage was sent to our room.

Staff is very friendly and attentive. The buffet is great for the price and it’s really useful if u want to go out with a full belly. The only bad thing is it’s just from 8-9:30am so if you’re not a morning person maybe waking up early will be an inconvenience. The room was clean except I did noticed accumulated dust beneath the bed, that’s the main thing I would improve.

It's a small hotel that's close to dotonbori but not so close that you get all the traffic or noise. Everything it's near that includes metro and train to go to Nara. Clean rooms and all-around great choice

Great location and staff. If you have kids, they are free of charge for 6 years and under. Anyone older will have to pay an additional 4000JPY a night. I learned the hard way, even though I listed my kids age while booking
