The hotel is in a quiet location yet still close to many cafes, restaurants, shops and bars (and subway stations) - perfect. Our room was compact but very comfortable and clean with all necessary ameneties, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.

This hotel was perfect. The location is great, breakfast had good variety, and hotel was quiet and clean. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly. After checkout, they held our bags for us so we didn't have to lug them around until we were ready to leave the city. We would stay here again.

Have come back here every year when we visit Osaka, it’s perfectly tucked into the area between dotonbori/namba and umeda. Everything is walkable from here! We love that they have washing machines that you can scan a QR code to see availability- makes such a difference in long haul flights
