Amenities were excellent-we took full advantage of the bath salts. The tub was really deep; a great way to recuperate from hours of walking! The staff were accommodating and friendly. The neighborhood was quiet, but just a few minutes away from the Dontobori district for dining and shopping.

The staff were very nice, friendly, and helpful, and the location was amazing. Unfortunately, my room on the third floor was very dark, with the view completely blocked by a building just 2–3 meters away.

Room size was decent and the bathroom was nice. I like the enclosed shower/bathtub from the sink and toilet. Staff was nice and helpful. I like that the have a place to secure your luggage before check in if you are early or have already checked out

The location was great, it was walking distance from Shinsaibashi to shop or take the metro anywhere south. And was also close to a metro station to go anywhere north. The amenities were great, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was a bit small but that is the norm in Japan, but other than that the room was great. The sights from outside the hotel were also very pretty. Would definitely recommend.
