Unbeatable location which is one a block away from the train to KIX. Apart from that it’s so close to subway and you could reach all tourist spots in Osaka easily. We were in a twin room and size is ok (measure using Japan standard) and we are happy with the cleaning as well. Staff is polite at check in and check out. Highly recommend if location is your top priority.
