Great central and walkable location. Steps from restaurants, shops and convenience stores. A few blocks to the train and walking distance to Dotonbori. Large room size with cooking and washing facilities. Definitely recommend.

Place was great, I would suggest a longer stay. We had someone loud above us, but other than that this place had everything including two huge beds ( I’m 2m or 6’5”) and they were large for me. I loved the shower room as well and full kitchen

Beds were big but not comfortable. The room smelled like bathroom the whole time and no hot water. Luckily it was summer so we were able to endure it. What really bothered us was poor wifi connection. Even after resetting multiple time the wifi was not there for our room and we had to use other room’s and the connection was very week and dropped frequently. Will not visit again.

The hotel is very cleaned and beds r super comfortable. We enjoyed the washer inside our hotel and drying function in the shower rooms. The couples things can be improved would be some spaces to put put our stuff instead of live out from suite case and the AC unit duct on the 6th night all the suddenly dripping water to bed likely due to condensation. Highly recommend this location and cleaned hotel

Our room was clean and very spacious with 2 king-size equivalent beds for our family of four (2 kids aged 11 and 9 years). We loved that there was a kitchenette including a fairly sizable refrigerator-freezer, some dining ware, silverware, our own microwave as well as a washer/dryer combo in our unit. Shinsaibashi shopping street was just around the corner from us providing us with lots of dining and shopping options. We were only about a 5 min walk away in 2 different directions from two train/subway stations which allowed us to get to the aquarium, Osaka Castle and Shin-Osaka station with ease.

Highly recommended. The location is ideal as it is near to everything. Walkable to the shopping and dining area. Place is quiet, safe and clean. Staff are approachable and helpful.

Great location, right off of Shinsaibashi-suji for shopping. Washing machine in the room and the shower room drying function was nice. It’s an easy walk to Dotonbori/ Gluck running man. Everyone at the hotel was very helpful and friendly. Reception is on second floor. I didn’t like the smoke smell on the 1st floor by the elevator as you go in / out. It’s from a designated smoking room on the side.

Located next to tourist area, close to everything you need at shinsabashi. Walkable distance to metro train stations. The kitchen facilities are very basic, you will have buy extra towels to dry washed dishes and cutlery l.

Good location

Excellent location with a Familymart, restaurants and retailers nearby. The Shinsaibashi shopping street is just downstairs. Convenient to have a washing machine in the room. However to dry your clothes you must use the shower room which can be heated.
