A few convenient stores nearby and there’s a 24/7 grocery store down the street, super convenient. The room is good size and clean. Check in and out process was easy, will definitely book this one again.

It was my first time to Japan and Osaka was one of the destination. During my research, I came upon this hotel. This hotel was easily within walking distance to attractions and amenities. The room I had was very clean, quiet, spacious and modern. Love the fact it had a washer and drying room. This hotel is self check in and the owner/property management gave clear and precise intructiins for easy check in and out. Would definitely stay back here

Excellent self-contained apartment style hotel, really comfortable and well set up. Location was slightly too far out and access to metro was tricky with bags. Overall good value but would staff more centrally in future

Great location, washer dryer a big plus, enough tools in kitchen to make a simple meal and even has a full size fridge. The room feels a bit small but amenities are great for an apartment hotel. Email responses are super fast. The hotel is also full self check in and check out which is very convenient and you can pretty much check in around 12pm when they send the codes via email. Overall great value.

Its less of a hotel but more of a serviced apartment. The apartment is pretty big and well equipped with kitchen and washing machine. A group of 3 to 4 can live comfortably there. The location is still a large walking distance away from nearest station or dontonburi. Its the kind of distance that is too near for a bus ride and too uncomfortably far to walk. Some negatives include that there room cleaning is not provided, trash needs to be disposed on our own downstairs, no front desk personnel. The hotel only emailed us the check in instructions at about 12pm on the day so we fumbled around messaging the hotel through expedia and trying to email for help before seeing the email in my inbox. I think we will prefer to stay somewhere else with a better location and with front desk personnel.

This apartment was a simple but beautiful stay. Even though it is next to a highway, you don't really hear any road noise from inside. The walk to Dotonbori is not long, and feels like a quiet neighborhood as it's not full

Rm1203 lack hangers, coffee/tea/sugar n creamer. No kitchen towels to clean. Grocery store is at the corner you can make your own meals Its small but ok for 2 person. Short walk to station or use the Namba walk leads you to the Namba station. Good location.

A short distance from a few train stations, walkable distance from tourist attractions such as dotonbori and denden town. This hotel felt very comfortable and bigger than most others i’ve seen in japan. 10/10 would come back if in osaka again.

The location isn’t too bad but a bit of a walk to the subway. It is well lit on the property itself. It’s nice & clean. The only thing is there’s no clock(hens I know the whole world have their mobile at their palm, but it’s nice to something not to rely on the electronics while you’re trying to give yourself a break/away from it). The kitchen utensils isn’t even sufficient enough to cook a fry egg! Those are minor issues, so overall is pretty good.

Very easy self check-in the room was clean & had great amenities. Love the washer/dryer in room. Balcony was clean & the view was nice. Hotel is next to the highway so it is quite place but you can still get some good rest once you get use to it.

I loved our stay at this hotel! It was clean, modern and fully equipped. We loved the bath, the beds and the washer/dryer machine. Having a separate toilet room and shower room was great as well! Highly recommend!
