Overall, this hotel is pretty cool! Great art concept, super friendly staff, great location. Quick walk to the historic area of Kyoto and to shopping and bars. Our carpet in our room was dirty, as was the carpet in the hallway, but nothing spot treatments cant get rid of. Great amenities, like slippers, robes, and toothbrushes. Only major issue we gound was the pillows...they were super uncomfortable and rock hard. Would consider this place again, shpuld we visit Kyoto again!

The hotel itself was fine, and our room was plenty clean and spacious. However, communications between hotel staff and us leave a lot to be desire. We understand that this is an unmanned hotel, which means there won’t be staff available in person all the time, but there should still be somebody always on call to help answer our questions. On the day we checked out, a lot of our clothes were stuck in the washer because the washer door wouldn’t unlock no matter what we do. We try calling the provided number to reach hotel staff for 30-45 minutes, but nobody picked up. Eventually we had to just left our clothes in there and leave otherwise we would have been late for our flight. There are also a lot of other small issues throughout our stay that we could have resolve pretty quickly and easily had there been staff to answer our phone call, but instead we had to spend a lot of times just figuring things out by ourself.

全程自助入住，入住前一天或當日旅館方會傳達入住指南，指南內會給樓層、房號資料、一樓大門密碼鎖，房門鑰匙盒密碼。一樓輸入密碼搭電梯到達指定樓層，房門把手上會掛著一個密碼盒，輸入密碼後掀開就會得到房門鑰匙。 飯店位於浪速區的大國町車站附近，走到車站僅250公尺。Lawson、7-11、FamilyMart全都在步行可達範圍內，附近偏住宅區，也是蠻熱鬧的，但遠沒有難波周邊那麼嘈雜。 附近有些餐廳，串燒居酒屋、拉麵、薩摩雞。超市也有玉出、Life兩家超市，超市營業到很晚，兩家各有特色，可以買一些熟食回家當作早餐或宵夜，相當方便 周圍因為是住宅區，相當安靜，這邊叫UBER非常方便，因為旁邊是計程車專用的停車場。 房間相當寬敞，打掃得非常乾淨，有很大的陽台跟衣櫃、鞋櫃，很值得一住的公寓式飯店。

They were only two things that I graded poorly, one was under the couch pillow was very dirty and I found money and keys so I had to vacuum the whole couch. Number two when I left my house I did not iron any of my clothes because I thought that there was an iron, but no iron so I had to walk around with wrinkly clothes. Besides that it was great.
