Very loud music from the street bar. the windows are poorly insulated and you can hear all the sounds from the street. there was a very strong smell of urine in the bathroom. the base of the toilet was very dirty. but otherwise everything was clean

The room was quite small. The room was not very clean. The tub needed some scrubbing. The room gets quite dusty since we ran the AC while in the room. D through the night. The lovation was very central and was easy to get around. The scene at night was quite busy. You need your room key to enter the lobby and the key to operate the elevator to get to your room. If one person has the key, they will need to come down to the lobby to let you in.

What I love about this hotel is that it’s in the Doutonbori area. If you plan to stay in Doutonbori for shopping, this is the best place to stay. Also, a 7-Eleven is just beside the hotel. The room is spacious and clean, and the amenities are excellent. The staff are friendly. We will definitely stay here again.

It is exactly in the heart of the Dotonbori. You can walk to multiple train stations within 10min. That's it for the good. Now, first, upon check in, we were told that they would perform a full cleaning of the room only once and they made us select which day it was. This never happened. We asked to have a taxi called to go to the airport, they told us to walk to the taxi stand. We had to ask for new towels because they didn't change them regularly. After checkout there is no room for storage luggages and the hotel invites you to leave them to a common room but also mention that they take no responsibilities whatsoever if something happen. In general the staff has been very unhelpful and lacking the hospitality you would expect by any hotels. There is also no safe in the room to store your valuables, also, there is a message saying to dial 9 for reception, however, there is no phone for it..... No service water provided either, and the aircon was a bit weird, going on/off at random times.

So close to all the action at Dotonbori but could hear people and music all night til 6am and we were on 10th floor! Room was very tight but staff were helpful and the desk is 24 hrs. Storage near foyer for suitcases as checkin isn't til 3pm. Toiletries available downstairs & shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hairdryer in rooms. Laundry facilities on multiple levels. Station handy to hotel too.

Birthday Trip to Japan!

This hotel is in the middle of everything, so if you don’t mind the noise go for it. The staff was very indifferent to everyone, not like in other places in Japan where everyone was super friendly and welcoming. The shower head popped off while was showering and hit me in the head. We had to switched rooms after that. The hotel was pretty old and not the cleanest. I wouldn’t stay here again.
