Stones throw from Park

Wonderful hotel right next to the entrance of Universal Japan. Very smooth check in and staff very helpful even accompanying us to our room to explain how things worked . Washing machine on our floor which you download an app and will be informed when the washing is finished . Breakfast had plenty of Japanese choices but not much English choice , but we are in Japan so this is acceptable.My only gripe was that on our booking it stated we would get a welcome gift which we never received .

Excellent location especially when planning to go to Universal City early. Excellent breakfast. Excellent views from the room. Mattress and pillows are firm. Customer service great and helpful. Close to restaurants. Easy access to train station which makes travel around Osaka and Nara easy. 2 minute walk to Universal City.

Highly recommend the Park Front Hotel if planning on going to Universal Japan! Located in City Walk Universal Japan and at the front gate of entering Universal Japan. Train stop is directly at Universal City Walk. Walk out of the train and you are there! Location couldn’t get any better! Lots of restaurants and stores and the famous Japanese konbinis at Universal City Walk Japan. Park Front Hotel location is excellent in the heart of all Universal Japan has to offer. The Park Front Hotel’s buffet breakfast is excellent! I highly recommend the Park Front Hotel!

Property was amazing, stunning upon walking in we were blown away with both the exterior and the interior. The staff gave us a warm welcome and assisted us when asked felt very welcomed. They even held our luggage till early evening we are just about to collect it actually 😃would 100 per cent recommend this hotel

As we were visiting Universal Studios, this hotel was just perfect as it sits a few steps away from the park entrance. With all the dining and shopping options of CityWalk just outside and the beautiful decor, luxurious rooms, and friendly and courteous staff, it was a wonderful experience and we will hopefully stay there again when we return to Osaka.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. While Japanese hotels are often compact, this one exceeded my expectations. The room was exceptionally clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Best of all, it’s less than a one minute walk to Universal Studios Japan truly unbeatable! If I visit USJ again, I would definitely choose to stay here.

Two adults two teens stayed in a Quad room for 1 night to get an early start for USJ the next day. I carefully considered hotels and locations - this was the most expensive hotel night of our trip but ultimately worth it for the convenience and experience. It would have taken 3 trains from Shin-Osaka station to USJ station so we got a taxi instead, and to Namba station when we left. Front desk, porter and concierge staff all so helpful, inckuding storing our luggage after check out while at USJ. The hotel exterior and lobby has a gorgeous opulent art deco time travel decor. The hotel breakfast room/buffet room looked large but very crowded so we opted for quick breakfast at the cafe in the lobby (doesn't open til 7am) watching people run to line up! Convenience store off the lobby, and meals at the City Walk street opposite hotel (pedestrian walk) is so convenient. Beware in January it was BITTERLY cold and windy at USJ, dress warm! Loved the park view of the lit up rollercoaster from our room. Would happily come back if doing USJ again.
