Great location for those visiting Universal and steps to the station. Hotel entrance and lobby is very impressive and service was wonderful. Rooms are good but need a refresh

The room was very spacious and clean. They offered great amenities. The cost was much more than a hotel or airbnb thats 10 min train ride away, but it was worth the convenience if you are only there to visit Universal Studios.

Location location location! Fantastic place to stay close to universal, but convenient to Osaka center. Even the ferry to get to the aquarium was right there. Rooms are a little dated but the rest of the hotel was nice and updated.

This hotel is gorgeous. Staff are so friendly. The room was huge and the view was just so beautiful I couldn't look away. I wish we stayed longer. My daughter loved the trick or seek Halloween event and the staff were so kind to her.
