This is an amazing hotel with an unbeatable location directly above a train station (Kitahama). Having three major convenience stores nearby—including a Family Mart on the ground floor—made our stay incredibly easy. ​The rooms were impressively spacious, and the bathroom was significantly larger than others we encountered during our trip. The staff was wonderful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. If you’re visiting from mid-week through the weekend, don’t miss the lounge events; the DJ sets added a great vibe to the experience. Highly recommended for the space and convenience—we will definitely book again!

Staff were excellent, room was spotless and cleaned every day. My son used the small Jim most days. Free coffee and tea every day. Subway trains literally 2m from front door and no you can’t here them room is super quiet. Room also had block out roller shudder so I you want to sleep in its almost pitch black in room. Bed were comfy. All really new and clean..

All the ammenities were great. Modern hotel with everything you could want. Staff were very welcoming, accommodating to every need and as usual in Japanese culture, polite and well organised. Lovely staff who were always willing to go the extra mile. Convenience store right next door and subway entrance on the other side of hotel entry. You wouldn’t know the subway is directly underneath you. So quiet. If you didn’t wish to include buffet breakfast which was huge selection, no charge to the unlimited coffees or tea. We enjoyed having dinner and cocktails in hotel restaurant, very affordable after a day of sightseeing. Would definitely use this hotel again when staying in Osaka.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming throughout my stay, which made the experience even better. The location is also perfect — close to everything and very convenient for getting around.
