Location by metro station was convenient. Use Exit 1B if you have luggage on arrival as there is elevator to the street otherwise other exits from metro have many steps.

Lovely hotel, slightly away from the busy area but directly above Kitahama station so very convenient for getting around. The 62 bus stops nearby which takes about 10 mins to / from Osaka Castle. The breakfast buffet was good value at 2300Y. It was varied and plentiful with a good selection of food & drink. There were some nice local restaurants nearby including Lien which is great fun and just across the road. We had a triple room for 2 people which meant we had a bit of space and it was beautifully quiet. There were lots of extras included - pyjamas, slippers, a free drink every day. There were also some amazing free face-masks & beauty products - we looked 10 years younger after a 26 hour journey from the UK!

The hotel is located above the Kitahama station, making it so easy to get to anywhere you want to go - from Dotonburi to Kyoto, Kobe or Nara with easy connections. I disliked the breakfast options for the price but it was a must on some days because this area is more of a business area than a hotel or tourist area. I preferred this quiet neighborhood to Namba becuase it is much cleaner and quieter than Namba. My American sleep schedule had me awake and hungry in the middle of the night - so I went to the Family Mart and the Fresco grocery store in order to have some food on hand during my late night hunger. There is a deli that opens at 6:30 AM within .10 miles. The only challenge for me was the lack of early morning options for food but that has more to do with me than the hotel. I will ONLY stay at this property while in Osaka.

Very convenient to the metro. I liked the lounge activities like the movies and DJs. The whole vibe of the hotel was modern, chill, and pleasant and the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this hotel to other travelers.

Staff are nice but can be a little more friendly and welcoming. Not sure if English Language is an issue but felt a little different here than some other hotels that had heartwarming staff even if English language was a little issue. You can tell from one’s attitude and the way people are greeted and welcomed. Prior to booking the hotel, we saw reviews of the breakfast not being good but we enjoyed it. There were a lot of options. Thank you.
