Great location

Great location, room was new, shower and tub , fantastic, very very dusty , washing machine in the room very practical, bit noisy and must leave card inserted or something else, as it was so warm, when drying room gets warmer and super dry due to carpet, food was ok but nothing special really,takoyaki was good, we had Skyview room, it need some space for luggages or clothes, bathroom was spacious and clean, food need Love.

Convienent for us

Room was clean and quiet. Only a couple blocks from regional metro stations. Front desk was able to hold our luggage most of the day before check in.

Only two beds, no roll away bed as advertised.

Advertised for a free roll away bed, not provided and when asked said it was on the hotels.com not them. So used aa extra sheet and blanket on the couch for our son to sleep on. Was great having the washing machine in the room, room was nice and large.

Very small room

Room was clean and modern, but very small, even by Japan standards. No room for luggage. NO flexibility on late checkout policy, citing a 2000 yen fee for even a one hour extension.
