The hotel is very new and extremely clean. While typical of Japanese room sizes (smallish), they were impeccably clean, well appointed with daily towel replacement and free breakfast. From a tourist perspective, it's a little out of the way from downtown Osaka and only one of the express train lines reaches the nearby station (which is thankfully close and near lots of amenities). The local train line takes forever to get here. Additionally it's by a highway so could be loud if on lower floors. Price was perfect and got amazing rest here.

There is no enough parking space in the hotel. I need to search for parking as the surrounding area paid parking places were all full. Hotel should tie up with parking facilities and provide the customers with parking coupon.
