The hotel and staff were wonderful. It’s still on the smaller side of what I’m used to in the States, but very clean and the breakfast was great. The only downside was the train station was 10 minutes away through some sketchy ally, but didn’t feel too bad as long as you’re walking with someone.

Property was very clean and staff was friendly. Very limited English speaking staff. The property is located directly next to the train tracks and a hospital, so between the train noise the the sirens, it is very noisy. The room was clean, but very tight. The bed takes up the entire room, so there is not much for space.

The property is too close to the train tracks and is very noisy. It is also very close to a hospital and your hear lots of sirens. Also there wasn’t anyone who could speak English.

スタッフの方がとても親切で感じがよいです。

宿泊前の電話での対応、受付での対応、スタッフの方がとても感じがよかったです。 1人で参戦のLIVEでしたが京セラドームも目の前で 膝が悪い私でも不自由を感じず行くことができました。 ベッドも広くゆっくり寝れました とても楽しい思い出ができました 有り難うございました 予約もすぐいっぱいになってしまいますが 次回も是非よろしくお願いします。

京セラドーム目の前で、ライブ往復すごく便利、お値段もお手頃価格、 清潔感あり、設備、お部屋も奇麗言うことなし。 しかし、唯一残念だったのが受付スタッフ１名の方、めちゃくちゃ無愛想で 接客業のプロ意識が低いです。 おまけに、クレジットで精算済みのはずが請求されました。 チェックインの時から気分悪かったです。非常に残念でした。 他のお客様接客されていたスタッフの方は愛想もよく丁寧な対応されていました。 あえて厳しい事を言いましたがご了承下さい。

新しいのでキレイで京セラドームに行くのにとても便利ですが、電車の音がとてもうるさくて朝早くに目が覚めて寝れなかった。
