The location is convenient and clean. The breakfast didn’t have enough of different type of foods. No protein if any type. The lobby only offer escalator instead of elevator. This lack of the elevator option has made it challenge to bring my luggages up to the lobby.

When I first entered the hotel the staff was very kind, and the check in process was really quick and simple. When I eventually got to my to room, the second I walked in, I noticed a scent of cigarette smoke coming from inside. I then opened the window to let some fresh air in, but due to the location of the hotel, there was a lot of commotion going on outside. Then, when I finally decided to lay down, the bed was insanely firm. Probably one of the worst beds I’ve had to sleep on before.

Complimentary coffee and hot chocolate are a nice touch, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. If I had to point out one minor downside, it would be the long queue for breakfast.

This location was so convenient and close to everything. The staff are very helpful and friendly! Their additional perks were a huge bonus! Buffet, vending machines, coffee, laundry machines and luggage delivery. I would definitely stay here again when back in Osaka. Thank you for the wonderful service!

A great property right outside Namba station, with Dotonburi and Shinsaibashi-Suji at a walking distance. Loved our room and the stay with wonderful breakfast and sweet staff to help all around.

Overall rating is Good! Close to Dotonbori, close to train stations & convenient store (Lawson). Hotels cleanliness was excellent! However, the bed was fairly hard it’s something to get used to. The staff were very friendly! I had a smoking room issued to me but I personally do not smoke & the staff was willing to give a non-smoking room for free! The laundry room was user friendly! I would recommend The Toyoko Inn Osaka Namba!
