The hotel was clean and the room was spacious enough. It was kind of loud in our room from noise from other guests. I really liked the big bath, but the lack of space in the bathroom made it hard to wash my face and do my makeup. Things kept falling in the floor or almost going in the toilet. Make sure you close the toilet if you're at the sink. The beds are really hard and not good for side sleepers. The breakfast was just ok. Good for business or quick overnight.

This is a cheap budget hotel but with tourist prices. The location is excellent, right in the heart of shinsekai. The staff are lukewarm in their response and seems like they need some training in customer service. The tiny elevator is a nightmare at peak times.

Staff are wonderful. Room is comfortable, however, bed is hard. Bathroom is decent though shower water flow was a little sensitive. Breakfast is delicious though can have a little more variety of dishes.

Proximity to touristy night area and short walk to subway station Sad part was we were two adults and a child but they only gave us two sets of towels and wanted to charge us extra for the child shower towel saying something about the child is staying complementary to the room.

天王寺動物園に行くつもりが、気づいたら月曜日で動物園はお預けとなりました。 やむなく当ホテル向かいの朝日劇場で、2300円で芝居を観ることにしました。 ところが思った以上に芝居が面白くて大変満足しました。 テレビのバラエティ番組はいつも石を投げたくなる出来栄えで、見るたびに腹を立てていますが、本当の芸には感動を覚えます。 当ホテル宿泊の際は、ぜひ向かいの朝日劇場で本物の芸を観てください。

I stayed there for four nights. The hotel is conveniently located in the Sinsekai, a few minutes from Tsutenkaku tower. It's about 30 mins from Shin Osaka station but not too far from Dotonbori. I wished they had not quit driving breakfast buffet. They only servers rice balls same soups. The staff were friendly and helpful.
