Room condition clean, expected a double bed (two twins together) but ended up with two separate twin beds. Staff okay, but would not allow early check in other than a luggage hold. For the price it is what to expect with a free breakfast that is mostly served cold except soups and coffee.

The hotel as many reviews mentioned is dated. You could tell that it’s an old hotel. However, it is still very clean and well maintained, staff were extremely nice and helpful. We were there for only a night, and I was expecting a parcel. They tried their hardest to help me out despite the language barrier. Downsides are that the beds are really hard. Both my sister and I woke up with backaches. Location wise - it is very near the East Gate/Exit of shin-Osaka station, so if you are taking the Shinkansen , highly recommend here as there is a lift at this exit. Having said that, the nearest convenience store is also near the station exit. Didn’t stay long enough to enjoy the breakfast so can’t comment on that

I like the room where I stayed. We upgraded to a big room, and luckily they have 1 empty. And the room was spacious for 4 peoples. Close to train station.

Property is 10 min walk from train station. We feel safe while walking. Very clean surroundings. There is a bus station in front of the hotel but we preferred the trains. Lots of dining options inside the station. Hotel is very clean. Breakfast is excelllent!

Rooms are good and comfortable. Breakfast is fantastic with a lot of choices. The Shin-Osaka station is a 10 minute walk away 15 with suite cases. The rooms come with only 2 prong outlets and if you need an adapter you can borrow one from the front desk. Check in and out is fast and easy. The only downside is they do not really speak English
