We had an exceptional time in this hotel. They had an anniversary card for us on the bed which was so thoughtful. My husband and I loved the onsen in the hotel. It was open 24 hours which was incredible. If I’m ever in Osaka again I will book this hotel. It’s also so close to many different food options

The room is quite small. We had to rearrange the furniture to make space for our luggage. The entrance is by a busy pedestrian street and is not accessible by cars. If you are driving, you need to unload your bags on a main road nearby and walk to the property. Nice public bath and stone spa. Only few minutes walk to the main umeda shopping district

The door opens toward the shower and the bed, and I notice it every time I walk out after a shower. It would be pretty embarrassing if someone walked in at that moment. And the little landing area between the TV and the rest of the room feels like a bunker—sleepy, cramped, and not convenient at all.

Stayed 6 nights and never had a good night’s sleep! It was so noisy from street noise…almost as if the window was open. I’m not sure if being on the 5th floor was the reason but EVERY NIGHT, around 12a-2a, loud motorcycles would blast through on the nearby street. Other than that, the hotel was decent: from the buffet breakfast, the onsen, and the staff were all so nice.

Room was clean and well organized. The area was more walkable and close to transit. Staff was very helpful in arranging luggage delivery and variety of food for free breakfast but I’d recommend arriving earlier rather than later.
