We looooved this place. Absolutely fantastic for the money! The man running the place is very polite welcoming and helpful! The rooms are really big! And the AC cold! Especially helpful in July! We also loved the location! Easy transportation options as well! Also included washing machine which helped us for our long trip! Highly recommend!

Great size apartment. Well equipped. Washing machine was very useful. Staff are all super nice. Good location. Some drawbacks. The bed is pretty uncomfortable, pillows are hard and only parts of the building are air conditioned so the rooms don’t cool down that much. We had lots of banging and crashing around from one of the apartments above us that went on until after midnight.

Nice apartment in a very nice neighborhood. Lots of amenities. Washer/dryer 2-in-1. Kitchenette with cooking utensils. Refrigerator and separate freezer. Shower area with tub you can soak in. Lots of nice little touches that show how much they care about your stay. Mr Dar, who checked me in, was very helpful and friendly. He is from Kashmir and spoke quite good English. The apartment is located away from the main roads but not too far away. There's a children's playground nearby and a grocery store. The train station is also quite close. The whole atmosphere is like that of a quiet neighborhood instead of a hotel along side busy roads. A short walking distance away is Nakanoshima rose garden, which is on a river sandbar. I was so lucky to come up on it at this time of year when the roses are in bloom.

The apartment was super clean. It had everything we needed. The beds were extremely comfortable. Having access to a balcony was also great, as we could just relax with a beer at the end of each day. The reception staff that we encountered were all excellent. The neighbourhood was like an quiet oasis. It was lovely to come back to a quiet peaceful neighbourhood, after a hectic day of sightseeing and shopping. Plenty of dining options nearby. Temmabashi Station was within 5 minutes walk. Kitahama Station was about 10 minutes walk in the opposite direction. A largish supermarket - Life Tenjinbashi (2nd floor for the comfort food and decent alcohol section) is also within 5 minutes walk (towards Kitahama Station). Overall we had a great time at Yksi Stay and Apartment and wouldnt hesitate to stay again.

Charming place, the reception staff are super kind and helpful. The location is superb and easy to do day trips around Nara, Kobe, as well as the city centre in Osaka, is literally around 10 minutes by subway. The room is spacious and has multiple functions, very quiet during the night even though the building faces a local residential street. Will come back again!

Great Value Stay in Osaka – Highly Recommended! I had a wonderful stay at yksi STAY & APARTMENT OSAKA. It’s affordable yet offers so much more than many other places I’ve stayed in Japan. The place is new, clean, safe, and surprisingly spacious. One of the best parts was having a washing machine, microwave, and a small kitchen – such a plus for travelers! I especially loved the convenience of the washing machine; it’s so nice to have fresh clothes during the trip. The staff were friendly, helpful, and spoke English, which made everything even smoother. There’s a 7-Eleven and a supermarket nearby, so grabbing essentials was easy. It’s not right next to a subway station, but it’s still walkable and well worth the extra steps for the comfort and value you get. I’ll definitely be back the next time I visit Osaka!

he apartment was incredibly clean and well-maintained, offering a comfortable and relaxing stay. The check-in process was smooth, and I appreciated the luggage storage available for early arrivals, which made the whole experience stress-free. The neighborhood is charming, peaceful, and very safe, with plenty of local character. It's conveniently located within walking distance to public transportation, Osaka Castle, and even a grocery store, which made getting around and stocking up on essentials a breeze. I would highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Osaka. It’s a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and a great location. Would definitely stay here again!
