Staff and restaurant were perfect! Room was still dirty upon entrance, bathroom mirror was dirty and shower was dirty (I have pictures.) I called and asked them to have it re-cleaned and it wasn’t. Cleanliness could’ve been a little better but overall a good hotel.

About a 10 minute walk to the closest subway station but convenient to a lot of small restaurants. Surrounded by locals in the area so it’s not as touristy as it would be if you stayed closer to dotonburi. Enjoyed the stay and would recommend!

Such a mellow vibe and beautiful property. Enjoyed coming back every evening. We did an adjacent corner which was perfect with the shared door to the hallway and individual doors to the rooms -- like we had a little foyer!

In property laundry room was a life saver for us. Bar on 2nd floor, all of bartenders were very friendly and attentive. Really felt like an oasis in the city. I would definitely revisit Zentis Osaka for the next trip.

The room was excellent, clean, and quite a decent size considering the area. The staff were all friendly and accommodating, and I truly enjoyed having this spot to rest after a long day of exploring Osaka. Was close to the major train lines and was easy to get basically anywhere. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Osaka.
