Welcome to your beautiful apartment in Oshawa. This fully furnished apartment has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath and is close to downtown and beach. This is a perfect whether you are visiting for a short trip, longer stay or work assignments.
Bedrooms: Both bedrooms come with comfortable bed, fresh linens and ample space. Master bedroom has 55 inch smart TV with Netflix and a sofa as well.
Fully Equipped kitchen with Fridge, Induction, Coffee maker, Toaster, Kettle, Microwave, cookware and utensils.
Spotless full bathroom with a shower unit, fresh towels, shampoo, body wash and conditioner.
This is an upper floor apartment with its own entrance door and a smart lock. One free parking available on the driveway.
Guest will have access to entire second floor unit.
Note: Laundry area is common with other two apartments in the building.
We are just a message away for anything guests need during their stay.

• No smoking allowed. By booking, you agree that violating the smoking rule you automatically forfeit your security deposit (if any), and an additional $500 charge will be applied for professional deep cleaning and `de-smoking` of the house/unit.
• Parties / events, lack of decorum and disruptive noise will not be tolerated.
• Guests are not allowed to exceed the agreed upon occupancy limit in the reservation. Any unregistered visitors will be charged $50/person/night for the full reservation.
• Neighborhood quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10PM-8AM.
• If the neighbors are disturbed, host reserves the right to ask the tenant to vacate the premises with no refund.
• Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded at any time
• Pets are welcome (only if included in reservation), however
o Strictly no pets on any furniture. $200 deep cleaning fee for violating house rule.
o Guests agree to pay for any damage (to furniture/wood/wall etc.) by their pets.
o Guest to get own dog bed & bowls and immediately clean/pick up any waste by pets.
