Floors aren’t cleaned or vacuumed, full of body hair dust and used paper toilet peaces in 2 rooms I checked, carpets are full of stains and smells humidity. One of the room has blood on the caroet and left uncleaned, so I asked to change room, but the floors were as dirty. Very surprised to see this based on the positive reviews. Even the night tables had full of oil/grease on them.

It's clean and it has a nice soft smells once you walk in The room was nice and clean One improvement I would like to point out : when we're outside From the parking spaces to go inside the front door they have 3x steps but there is no railing to hold on to to help us go up those steps (it's been like that since my last stay a year ago) and they are big cement steps it would be appreciated to help us go up those steps
