Extremely disappointing experience. The staff was very rude and unprofessional, with no basic courtesy toward guests. Customer service was practically non-existent, and requests were ignored. Definitely not worth the money or stress. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

Room was tired and dated which was somewhat expected but what not was expected is the following: No elevators faulty keypad on room door 20 police cars showing up at 11:00 pm due to who knows what. Blocking me from leaving the hotel and staying somewhere else so I can actually sleep.

Elevator out of order. Ice machine out of order. Pool down for maintance. I stayed here 4 years ago and the pool was out of order then. It feels like a hostle. Room was clean. Basic tv cable channels with no options to order movies. Or get online services. None of the doors in the building lock or are secured. So anyone can just walk into the hallways. I didnt check the reviews before staying. Next time i will. I would never stay here. I asked to upgrade to a jacuzzi suite. They said sure. Then the guy looked at his manager, she just shook her head. Then all of a sudden there wasent any available. There were litterally 4 cars there. But theh still had me on the top floor. With no elevator. Saying no ground rooms were available. Carpets in room were dirty and old. With burn marks and coffee stains. I would stay at any other hotel over this one next time. HORRIBLE PLACE!

Whole place is run down and tired. Elevators not working. Continental “ breakfast” consisted of cold pale sausages, cold eggs. Watered down orange juice and terrible coffee. Muffins and bread were put out almost on “ as needed” basis. A bunch of the little peanut butter packets had the seals broken on them. Looked like someone put a finger through them. Would not recommend.

Hotel staff very helpful - Faraz was an excellent ambassador fielding complaints about breakfast options. Hotel very dated but clean and comfortable. Shower was very good. Hotel does not accept cash or debit cards to pay hotel room. Breakfast options were very sparse and poor quality. Those with dietary needs such as dairy free and gluten free are not catered to. Nut free muffins are available. No decaf coffee available.

The room was not what we had chosen when it was reserved. The front desk didn’t answer when called so we could ask about it. The hotel was close to empty that night, so it wasn’t because of being too busy

The staff is always great - super friendly and accommodating. Especially this time when the key card system was down. However this hotel needs a lot of work. The rooms are dated, anything metal is tarnished and looks like it has water damage. Everything has damage, is scratched up, and has a lot of wear and tear. But the price you can't really is unbeatable so if you have low expectations and don't expect a lot of fancy stuff then it's fine. But I want to be clear that the staff is fantastic.

I had a good stay overall. The hotel isn’t fancy, but the beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean, which is what I care about most. The rest of the staff were warm and helpful, and they even offered a noon checkout when I asked, which I appreciated. The only real downside was the breakfast. The person overseeing it made the whole experience uncomfortable. Items were cleared away about 40 minutes before the end time, and it felt like we were being watched the whole time. The cream was curdled, and even after mentioning it, nothing was replaced. That said, I’d stay here again for the rooms and the service from the main staff. I’d just skip the breakfast next time.

There were bits of toilet paper behind the toilet on the floor There was urine pooled at the bottom of the pedestal, the side closest to the tub. Both of these were quite obvious from the doorway. I went to put a bar of soap on the shower soap dish and it was full of slimy soap residue. There was a long hair behind taps. The heavy curtains would not meet to close, leaving a viewing gap to the outside. The remote was sticky , so we wiped it down. And the television was glitchy ( screen flickering etc ). The back entry was dirty, and i found it propped open at 430am, unattended. It doesnt cost a lot to be clean.
