Your Oshkosh adventure begins at this brilliant 5-bedroom house. With 3 king beds, 1 queen bed, and 1 full bed, this charming property offers plenty of space for guests to relax. Enjoy the beautiful bathrooms with a bathtub and hair dryer, as well as amenities like AC, WiFi, and a fitness room. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place. This is perfect for EAA renting, within 15 minutes of the EAA grounds.

The front door access is with August Home smart lock, with BlueTooth and WiFi connection. You will need to provide the host with the cell phone numbers of the individuals that need access to the house during your stay. A text will be sent to you with an invite. You will need to download the app, and create a valid account to access the house during your stay. You will be provided temporary access during your reservation starting at 4 PM the first day of your reservation, and ending at 11 AM the last day of your reservation.

Firepit:
Feel free to enjoy using the firepit in the back yard. Please ensure that the firepit is completely put out prior to leaving it unattended for prolong periods.

Parking:
Depending on the size of the vehicles, up to 6 vehicles will fit in the driveway.

Please note, we cannot offer refunds for circumstances beyond our control, such as weather or event cancellation. Travel insurance is a recommended option to ensure a stress-free trip.

Violations of house rules may result in guests being asked to leave prematurely without refund. Additional fees may be charged as follows:
Smoking violation may result in an additional $500 cleaning fee.
Not picking up after smoking outside may result in an additional $100 fee.
Pets are not permitted, violation of this rule may result in an additional $300 cleaning fee.

For safety purposes, security cameras are around the exterior of the property. There are no cameras inside the house.

Guest access: you will have access to the entire house, besides storage area in the basement and there is no access to the garage.
