Beautiful modern property, very clean and I love the smell in the whole place. Location was perfect and Oslo in general feels like a very safe and walkable city. As many of the reviews said, it is quite self-sufficient, which I didn’t mind. There was always a girl to help give info at the front during normal operations. My only issue would be with the price…I felt for as much as you have to do yourself, it should have been cheaper.

Sub par!!! Supposedly a digital hotel (although not marketed as one on Expedia). The digital key (a downloaded app) did not necessarily work all the time with the elevators. All personnel/employees departed the hotel at 9:00 pm and will not return until 9:00 am on the weekends. The lobby/street level is locked shut. Ingress/egress after hours is through the building’s emergency exits. If you have to leave pre-9:00 am on the weekends, you’ll be lugging your luggage down the emergency staircase - elevator stops at level two. The room decor/furniture is outdated/cheap/youth hostile like and couldn’t be more depressing- dingy brown walls and a small window looking either into a light well or an atrium. Deferred maintenance/capital is apparent. The one plus is the laundry room - two washing machines and one dryer. Also, the location of the hotel is exceptional.

Excellent hotel in a great location.

My wife and I stayed at Att | Kvadraturen for four nights (Suite) in August 2025. We absolutely loved this place, and it is one of our very favourites out of the hundreds of hotels we have stayed at over the years. The Apt was very spacious, well-designed, very modern, spotless, comfortable and had everything we needed. Camilla and Elin met us upon arrival; they were very friendly, professional and helpful throughout our stay. The location is perfect, right in the heart of all of Oslo’s main attractions, surrounded by some wonderful cafes and restaurants. They don’t clean every day, but you have access to clean towels and other supplies in a supply room (I prefer this arrangement). We also appreciated the washing machine and dryer as we are on a long trip. Opening doors by app was also really cool. Wonderful place!

Nice hotel in a great location!

We had a great stay! The only flaw was that the room key told my husband one room and mine another. It didn’t happen the first day, but the second day, which was weird. It could’ve been solved quicker if there was an actual person at the desk. The young woman was lovely and helped us but it took longer than we’d like, considering. All in all it’s a great place, huge room and good location!

Property uses a for room key. Some time needed to reload to make it work. Arrival was a bit a hassle. Instruction misled me to expect to find an apartment building with no reception. Yet the door was open wide and someone without name tag offered us help. I was skeptic.

Stylish studio room with great facilities. Super comfy bed and dressing gown was a nice surprise. Loved the lounge area and free coffee and pastries. Gorgeous light. Great location walkable from train station and close to harbour and opera house.

This is a review of two halves. The good half - the room was fantastic, beautifully furnished. Location of the hotel very good. The bad half - don’t expect a full service hotel. As soon as we had booked I received a message that there is no concierge at the hotel - everything is done digitally on an app. There was no indication in description of the hotel before you hit ‚pay’. There is no staff at the hotel between 9pm and 9 am - meaning if you need ice or have a problem you are out of luck (they have a security service but they are 15 minutes away). If you lose your phone or are out of juice you can’t get in! During the day they have staff there - all very nice and friendly and trying to be helpful but inexperienced. For some people this would not matter but if I’d known when booking I’d have a chosen a full service hotel particularly as this was our first visit to Oslo.
