Great Hotel. Location is excellent, on the water, close to the railway station. Rooms are a good size - clean bathroom, comfortable bed. Breakfast is excellent - so much choice, barista coffee. Staff are friendly and very efficient.

Breakfast was great. Front staff were wonderful. Great location. Negative-only 2 thin small towels. The soap and shampoo seemed like they were watered down. The bathtub was high and no grab bar so it was dangerous to get out. 1/3 of the outlets didn’t work. The door locks were difficult to operate-I travel to many countries and hotels and haven’t seen anything so crazy. We had a suite and it felt like a 3 star hotel. Disappointed

Great hotel with many attractive sspects

This hotel has a very up to date design and functionality, plus a fantastic staff. The area around it is fascinating and has great transportation connections. The ecological air handling system is a bit dicey when the evening is not cool, fortunately not too often an issue in Oslo. Finally, the breakfast is THE MOST AWESOME BREAKFAST EVER.
