The hotel was in a perfect spot to explore Oslo. The room was clean and spacious. We had a flight issue and did not arrive for the first night of our booking. When we got to the hotel the front desk person was unfriendly and said that because we didn't stay the fist night we weren't in their system and directed us to wait in the reception area. Her unsmiling and stern demeanor put a damper on our check in. Fortunately, the manager was nicer and checked us in without further issue.

Hotel is classic gem updated to modern standards

Super breakfast, very helpful staff, terrific location, lovely modern room with elegant pedigree, quiet, yet on Karl Johan Park where national theater, university, and national royal palace meet at the foot of local governance, walking distance to fortress that guarded the Oslo Fjord, the Munch museum, restaurants that line the docks replete with harbor view. Adjacent to tram and bus routes.

Nice hotel with a great complimentary breakfast. Polite and friendly staff. Nespresso machine in the room was a plus. Prime location in Oslo. We walked to many area attractions, but there are plenty of public transportation options as well. We would book again!

Absolutely lovely Hotel, very well situated in central Oslo. Excellent breakfast, extremely clean. The room cleaning was daily and superb. There was a downside thoughand I am sorry to have to point it out and it was the club/drinking establishment next door. We were on the 3rd floor facing the road and this club was Boom, Boom, Boom until 3am on a Friday and Saturday, I bought some ear plugs in the end. Not good to be unable to sleep until after 3am.
