Room was spotless, staff were friendly and fantastic central location, directly opposite the Christmas winter land. Bonus was the large gym in the basement and the really nice toiletries provided. Only down side was the size of the room which was pretty small.

The breakfast is very good. The location is fantastic. 5 minutes walk from the train station. Christmas markets with Ferris wheel and ice skating right outside. The staff very professional and accommodating. Highly recommend.

The hotel was very nice but there were a few issues: 1. The room was very dark with inadequate lighting. 2. There wasn't anywhere to plug the hair dryer in the bathroom and no mirror in main room. 3. Couldn't see the coffe and tea facilities as very dark. 4. There was no view out of the window, only on to other rooms so no privacy.
