The shower is super slow with little water, forcing guests to shower much longer, so I doubt that this would reduce the water consumption. The staff was a it overwhelmed by the amount of people, so you want long to get our ask something from them. The room is okay but not 4star standard.. it's clean. No amenities except shower gel and shampoo. Breakfast was great!

My stay at the Scandic Victoria was great, it fit my needs for my 2 night stay. From its great location to the staff, my experience at the hotel was amazing. The hotel is on the older side and the gym is on the smaller side. Additionally, you need to tap your card on the door scanner of your room in order to lock it otherwise it won’t lock. Still, I’d very much recommend this hotel to someone if they were planning on staying in Oslo.
