This cottage was born from our Cerdane family farm dating from the 18th century. Osséja is ideally located in the center of many varied activities and very close to the Spanish Cerdagne and its art of living. Benviguts! Comfortable and bright cottage located in an old Cerdane farm, the owners having chosen to combine the original building and a contemporary renovation. Ground floor: Living room with stove opening onto the private terrace, a laundry room (WC). 1st floor: relaxation area with access to the orchard, 1 bedroom (2 beds 80 cm that can be pushed together) with adjoining shower room (WC). 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms (2 beds 80 cm that can be pushed together), 1 shower room (WC). The accommodation is adjoining the cottage 66G113007 (the entrance is located next to the terrace). Garden divided into three common areas and private parking on adjoining enclosed land will allow you to benefit from a total outdoor space of 900m² in the heart of the village. In the heart of Cerdanya, Cal Teixidor Casa offers comfortable accommodation with eco-friendly values.
