The room was very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed the free breakfast at the cafe across the street that’s associated with the hotel. There’s plenty of really nice shops and restaurants all around the hotel. Excellent place for walks in town or down by the lake. Absolutely loved my stay.

We loved our stay at Hotel Emma. We arrived late and used the self-check in service, which was very smooth. We were not in Östersund very long, so it was wonderful to stay in a central location to get a feel for the town. Loved that they sold some local products in their lobby. Great breakfast.

This was our second time staying at Hotel Emma. It is a small hotel with large rooms, a nice breakfast area and a lounge. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in looked like the bathroom had just been renovated. The hotel in conveniently located on the main shopping street so that we were able to walk to restaurants and activities. I highly recommend Hotel Emma.

Surprisingly, this turned out to be one of my best hotel experiences in Sweden. Everything felt just right — from the overall atmosphere to the small details. The place has a pleasant vibe, the staff are attentive without overdoing it, and the room was cozy, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was really good, with fresh options and a calm setting to start the day. The whole stay felt effortless — smooth check-in, quiet nights, and a sense that everything is taken care of. It’s rare to find a hotel where everything simply works as it should, but this one definitely managed that. I’d be glad to come back.

Mysiga rum, trevlig personal. Gratis och generöst fika som vi verkligen uppskattade. Lite varmt på rummet men öppnade fönstret. Minus för frukosten i annan byggnad som inte hade så bra alternativ om man inte var förtjust i yoghurt eller fil. Minus också för tvålen i badrummet som skulle vara kombinerad tvål schampo och fanns inget balsam. Mycket bra läge men var något stojigt en lönefredag dock inget som störde oss för mycket.
