Centre of Ostersund

We were just overnighting in Ostersund between train journeys. Typically Swedish cheap self help hotel. We did not see any staff during our stay! We were given the code to let ourselves in at 9pm (the staff had long since gone home) and came down to find a very good breakfast laid out. Coffee and tea machines, sandwiches and biscuits laid out on arrival. Very comfortable room though with small bathroom. Very good base for exploring this university city, close to the centre and railway station.

Bra med noen punkter.

Hotellet ligger i utkanten av sentrum, men nÊre nok til at det ikke er noe problem. Hotellet har flinke ansatte i resepsjonen, og ordnet kjempegod frokost. Rommet var fint, og moderne. PÄ den negative siden sÄ var rommene forhold lytt, slik at man hÞrte aktivitet fra naborommet ganske godt. I tillegg var rydding av rom litt dÄrlig. Ordnet senga, men tok ikke med seg sÞppel, eller brukte hÄndklÊr. Alt i alt, 4 av 5 stjerner, men litt rom til forbedrelse.
