Located minutes from Main Street Osterville and Dowses Beach, this house is the perfect location. The first floor has an open floor plan with a gourmet kitchen and dining area that seats 8 (12 if you extend the table). There is a gas fireplace as well as a large sectional sofa. There are board games, puzzles, cards, Netflix and Disney + for indoor entertainment. The house if fully equipped for children with a booster seat, pack and play, children's cups, bowls, and utensils. There is an entire first floor master suite with a walk in shower. The second floor has an additional second master suite with two additional bedrooms, roof deck, backyard patio, Adirondack chairs, and a farmers porch . The home comes completely stocked with beach chairs, beach toys, beach umbrellas, a beach pass, central ac, and a hammock.

So whether you like to relax at the beach, walk to Osterville center, or just sit on the front porch, this is a great home all around.
