Wonderful staff. Some of the most friendly in the Czech Republic. I rarely dine in hotel restaurants but the deer filet in the Winestone restaurant was next level phenomenal. I will 100 percent stay here again if ever in Ostrava.

Two Nights - no food option taken. Comfortable room with fridge to store food / drink. Nice bathroom, rather mild chemical smell. Window by roadside so some noise, with windows open to let air in it was noisy.
