Closer to the sea you can barely live in Baabe. Right on the promenade and opposite the spa park, the sea vis a vis. The villa ensemble in Baabe opened in July 2019 and is located in close proximity to the beach and the sea. It is divided into the two houses dune and beach runner. Due to the location by the sea you have from many of the exclusive apartments a great sea view. In total there are about 40 high-quality modern units, all with balcony or terrace, floor-to-ceiling windows and underfloor heating. A chargeable shared sauna with relaxation room is located in the basement. Also there are washer and dryer for a fee.
