Welcome to our apartment "sea view" Baabe, the apartment with a direct view of the Baltic Sea and only 100 m distance to the fine sandy beach. Our apartment is located in the residence "Green Dune" (built in 2007) and can accommodate 2-4 people. She was lovingly decorated by us and fully equipped. In the house there is a bike room, washing machine, dryer, sauna and elevator. Our balcony to the Baltic Sea and the roof terrace with awning and beach chair (southwest direction) invite you in beautiful sunshine until late in the evening to linger.

The 48 square meter Non smoking apartment offers for max. 2 adults + 1 child 17 years a comfortable and cozy atmosphere. It is located on the upper floor (penthouse) and is easily accessible by lift. Generous window fronts make the apartment seem even brighter. From the living room you reach the large roof terrace, which invites with a beautiful view (south to west) in the surrounding nature. Furthermore, the roof terrace has a complete seating, electric awning and a beach chair, where you can enjoy the summer evening comfortably and undisturbed. From the northeast balcony (bedroom) you can see through the treetops the Baltic Sea (about 100 m). In waves you can hear the sea rushing. The living room has a fully equipped kitchenette (ceramic hob, microwave with baking function, refrigerator, dishwasher) and various kitchen utensils. Furthermore, there is an LED TV, Bluetooth sound box with radio and a sofa bed, 1.50 mx 2.00 m in the living room can be converted into a sleeping place in a few simple steps. The bathroom consists of shower and toilet and a hair dryer. The bedroom has a wardrobe, double bed (1.80m x 2.00m) and bedside tables and LED TV. From the bedroom you can enter the balcony and look at the Baltic Sea. Living room and bathroom have underfloor heating. In the basement there is a laundry room (washer / dryer) and a sauna for an extra charge. A bicycle stand is right in front of the house. Even when on vacation you do not need to do without an Internet connection (WLAN / LAN) in the apartment. This is included for you !!! A parking space (number 21) is right in front of the house. Pets are not allowed. The initial equipment of a linen package (complete bed linen, 1 towel, 2 small towels) you can book up to 14 days before arrival for an additional charge or supplement by your own. For packages booked for 2 or more, you will receive 1 dish towel and 1 shower mat once.

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 19:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
