The house is equipped with an elevator, underground parking and a large spa with swimming pool (about 8.00 mx 4.00 m - 1.35 m deep), two saunas equipped (a Finnish sauna / bio-sauna) and a massage area , The spa is open all year round.

Mittelmäßig

Wir hatten 3 Tage lang keine Kochgelegenheit (war defekt und musste erst neu bestellt werden), die Kaffeemaschine war völlig verkalkt, die Batterien der Fernbedienung für das Hi-Fi-Gerät waren (wahrscheinlich) leer, die Fenster waren von außen verdreckt (besonders Rahmen und Fensterbretter), ein Fliegengitter am Schlafzimmerfenster wäre auch von Vorteil gewesen. Beschrieben war auch ein Flatrate-Telefon, das leider nicht zu benutzen war, da auch hier die Akkus hinüber waren.
