Enjoy this wonderfully direct beach location and the side sea view over the dunes with the pine groves. The exclusive complex was opened in 2013 and has direct access to the beach. The house sea view is with an elevator, an underground car park and a large wellness area with swimming pool (about 8.00 mx 4.00 m - 1.35 m deep), two saunas (a Finnish sauna / a bio-sauna) and a massage area fitted. So you can relax in every season in the house sea view.

The Ferienwohnung Seeschwalbe has a combined living and dining area with a harmoniously integrated kitchenette. A comfortable sofa to relax in, as well as a TV, a radio and free Wi-Fi are of course available. The separate bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe.
