The house sea view is with an elevator, an underground car park and a large wellness area with swimming pool (about 8.00 mx 4.00 m - 1.35 m deep), two saunas (a Finnish sauna / a bio-sauna) and a massage area fitted. So you can relax in every season in the house sea view.

The Ferienwohnung Seeschwalbe has a combined living and dining area with a harmoniously integrated kitchenette.
