The newly built, modern furnished apartment has a size of about 65 square meters and is equipped with selected style elements. It sleeps 2 to 4 adults and 1 toddler up to 3 years in travel cot. The allergy-friendly Non smoking apartment is located on the ground floor and is therefore well suited for families with children and for older guests. The apartment has a seating area with a sunshade covered terrace overlooking the coastal forest and an additional barbecue area. The living area is furnished with a cozy corner couch (leather), coffee table and sideboard. Entertainment options in the evenings or in inclement weather include an LCD TV, Blu-ray player and a hi-fi system with CD and USB connection. Even on an internet connection (WLAN), you need not do without. This is inclusive. A stove for warmth completes the comfort. Firewood is not included. The fully equipped kitchenette with stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, div. Kitchen utensils are completed by the dining area at the panoramic window. One of the 2 bedrooms is equipped with a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm), bedside tables and a spacious wardrobe. The newly built holiday home "Hedgehog building" with its 2 apartments is located in a quiet location in a dead end street in the Baltic resort of Baabe. The first purchase took place in September 2014. oriented south, the land is located near the forest and is ideal for hiking and cycling. Storage facilities for your bikes are available. The beach can be reached in 8 to 10 minutes (700 m). The central location of the shops are within walking distance in a few minutes.
