Sommerurlaub in Prerow

Die Wohnung war an sich sehr schön aber die Einbauküche ist nicht ausreichend ausgestattet. Großer Geschirrspüler, aber nur bitte von jedem Teller. Nur zwei kleine Herdplatten, aber eine Riesenpfanne. Beworben wurde das Zimmer mit Waschmaschine, diese fehlte jedoch. Es fehlt ein Spiegel in der Wohnung. Man hat nur den Badezimmerspiegel. Das hat uns extrem gestört für den Preis.

Zu dunkel, die Terrasse muss über den Zugang einer anderen Terrasse geschehen, Haus ist sehr hellhör

Durch die vielen Hunde im Haus sehr laut (vieles Bellen), ca. 1 Kilometer zum Strand, die Wohnung ist aber hübsch

Es war ok, mit Mankos

Empfangen wurden wir sehr kalt und genervt von einer Dame die uns lediglich die Schlüssel überreicht hat und uns durch ein Kreuz auf einer Karte gezeigt hat, wo sich das Haus befindet. Nicht mehr und nicht weniger. Als wir am Haus angekommen waren, mussten wir sofort feststellen dass es sich nicht um eine einzelne Ferienwohnung in einem Zweifamilienhaus handelte, sondern um einen Ferienwohnungskomplex. Die nächste Überraschung war, als wir die Wohnung betreten haben. Die Betten mussten trotz gemieteter Bettwäsche selbst bezogen werden. Es fehlte in der Wohnung fast alles. Das haben wir in keiner Ferienwohnung zuvor erlebt. Keine Geschirrtücher, kein Spülmittel, keine sonstigen Reinigungsmittel für z. B. Bad, WC, kein Salz, kein Öl, kein Zucker, keine Müllbeutel. Lediglich eine Rolle Toilettenpapier. Die Wohnung verfügt über keinen Kleiderschrank und Kleiderbügel (ein einziger Kleiderbügel ist vorhanden) . Im Wohn-/Küchenbereich ist ein Schrank in den man Lebensmittel und Kleidung unterbringen muss. Es gab in der Wohnung auch keinerlei Infomaterial wie sonst üblich, über Mülltrennung und wo sich z. B. Mülleimer befinden. Auf einem Sessel befand sich ein großer brauner Fleck. Die Wohnung hat kein WLAN. Aber wir sind selbst schuld, weil wir es in der Anzeige übersehen haben, dass WLAN nicht aufgeführt war. Die in der Anzeige beschriebene Terrasse, ist eine unbedachte gepflasterte, ca. 9 Quadratmeter große Fläche, die man erreichen kann wenn man an den anderen Terrassenflächen / Terrassentüren des Hauses vorbei läuft. Ansonsten befindet sich die Wohnung in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet und ist dennoch zentral gelegen, sodass man zu Fuß alles erreichen kann.

Sehr schöne moderne ferienwohnung

Das einchecken war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet. Absolut zu empfehlen.
