Schöne Lage aber recht abgewohnt

Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen. Der Check-in und die Betreuung durch die Vermietung funktioniert reibungslos. Allerdings ist die Ausstattung zu wünschen übrig. Die Wohnung ist im Allgemeinen in einem recht durchwachsenen Zustand. Die Betten sind sehr weich und durchgelegen, das Schlafzimmer „müffelt“. Das Bad hat auch schon bessere Zeiten gesehen und auch im Wohnbereich lässt sich mit etwas Aufwand der Gesamtzustand des Objektes deutlich verbessern. Andere Wohnungen im gleichen Haus sind in einem wesentlich besseren, modernisiert den Zustand.

Hier lässt es sich gut erholen

Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage: fast den ganzen Tag kann man die Sonne auch auf der Terrasse genießen oder dort den Tag ausklingen lassen. Mit vier Personen muss man sich gut arrangieren, da nur ein "echtes" Schlafzimmer zur Verfügung steht. Eine Erneuerung der Dusche und ein geräuschärmerer Haustüröffner würden das Urlaubsvergnügen noch erhöhen. Insgesamt ein schönes Ferienobjekt.
