At Pentecost and Christmas / New Year's Eve the prices of the A-season apply.
On departure Saturday / Sunday in July / August a surcharge of EUR 22.00 will be added to the additional costs. When traveling with a pet, an additional fee of EUR 16.00 per pet will be charged. FeWo bei eine Woche Regen

Die Wohnung liegt zentral und ist gut ausgestattet. Die Waschmaschine im Bad braucht nicht zu sein, da sie das Bad sehr klein macht. Der Parkplatz vor dem Haus ist leider für einen SUV mit 4 Fahrrädern zu klein. Bei einer Woche Regen wie bei uns , wurde die Heizung nur lauwarm. Die Fahrradstellplätze hinter dem Haus waren 👍. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen.

Familienurlaub in Prerow

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung. Mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht. Absolutes Highlight ist die Waschmaschine, die nicht selbstverständlich ist. Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber, Betten bequem und der Kontakt zum Vermieter unkompliziert und sehr angenehm. Einziger Minuspunkt, die Möbel sind teilweise sehr abgewohnt (Schrank im Schlafzimmer, Couch unbequem).

Top Wohnung

Sehr schöne, mit Liebe gut eingerichtete Wohnung. Es ist alles vorhanden, sogar ein Bügeleisen und ein Bügelbrett. In der Küche fehlte nur eine Schere. Sehr gute Betten. Obwohl im EG drei Wohnungen nebeneinander liegen und noch eine drüber, haben wir von den Nachbarn nichts gehört. Auch die kleine Terrasse liegt sehr geschützt und ist kaum einsehbar. Alles in allem eine super Ferienwohnung. Auch die Leute im Vermittlungsbüro waren sehr hilfdbereit und freundlich.

Schöner Herbstkurzurlaub

Waren im Oktober 2020 für 5 Nächte in dem Objekt und hatten nichts auszusetzen. Gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis, zentrale Lage und dennoch ruhig gelegen, ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand, 5 Minuten zu einem großartigen Fahradverleih, 10 Minuten zur Ortsmitte. Wir waren zu Dritt (2 Erw., 1 Ki.), und hatten ausreichend Platz. Mit 4 Personen ist die Wohnung wirklich voll belegt. Insbesondere das tolle Naturschutzgebiet am Weststrand und der Bodden sind Ausflüge wert, ob zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad, alles gut und auf schönen Strecken erreichbar.

Kurzurlaub

Perfekte Wohnung für einen Urlaub an der Ostsee. Kurze Wege zum Einkaufen und zum Strand. Ruhig gelegen in einer Seitenstraße. Agenturmitarbeiter alle sehr nett und hifsbereit.
